Registration Form

Wanted to share how our registration form looks like. We don't have a computer check in system at this time, but we work with what we have. We use this form for NEW guest/visitors. Nice and easy. Sweet and simple.

Memory Verse Challenge Game

Here's another cheap way to play "Memory Verse Challenge"with your kids church. Very affordable and very easy to make. My kids love playing this game because I either make them run, hop, jump rope, leap frog or whatever crazy idea I come up with. Plus they are having fun learning the memory verse for the week.
You have them break into teams or do boys versus girls. They start at Point A looking for the first part of the memory verse, from Point A they need to run, hop, jump rope or whatever to Point B to place the first part of the memory verse to the "board/stick". After the first part of the memory verse is placed on Point B, they must run, hop, jump rope or whatever back to Point A to tag their teammate.

Here is what you will need to build this great game.
  • (2) 2x4
  • (1) 3/16 in. 2ft x 4ft / Cut in half
  • Clothes Pins
  • Super Glue
  • Screws
  • (4) 1-1/2 in. Zinc Plated Corner Braces
  • Spray Paint

Visitor Gift Card

Every Monday morning as I walk into my office, after I grab a nice cup of hot coffee, the first thing I focus on is following up on our visitors. I write letters after letters and pray over each visitor and their families. But not only do I send them a letter, No no noooooo... I send them a "gift card". This "gift card" allows them to receive a free gift when they comeback and visit us again. This gift can be a box of candy, a toy, a shirt or whatever you can afford. I usually hand out a delicious box of candy which cost $1 at the dollar store.

We have seen kids comeback not just to receive their free gift, but because kids had an awesome experience at our kids church. On this post, I just wanted to share what we send to our visitors on the daily basis.

FYI: We do hand our visitors a visitor bag that is full of information for their parents and a small gift when they arrive for the first time. The letter and gift card is a "net" to bring them back the following Sunday to kids church.

What do you do?
